Medicaid Cancer Foundation officially launched Care Wheels, a groundbreaking initiative providing free transportation for cancer patients to access life-saving treatment without logistical challenges.
Dr. Adamu, representing the NCS President, Dr. Abidemi Ominisi, delivered a powerful unveiling speech, commending the foundation’s efforts and sharing valuable insights on how to improve access to cancer care.
The event was attended by key stakeholders from Nigerian Cancer Society, Network of People Impacted by Cancer in Nigeria (NEPICIN), Project Pink Blue, NICRAT and the Federal Medical Centre, Abuja.
